How can I buy a single ticket for an on-site event?

On each event page you can find a Ticket-Button. Click on an event, the Ticket-Button will lead to our tick­et­ing-system. Pick a seat and click “Kaufen”, in the next step choose price option (regular/reduced) and pay­ment method, accept AGB and click “Kaufen”. The ticket will be sent via e-mail.

 

How can I buy a Full Festival Pass?

Full Fes­ti­val Pass can be ordered via the form on the tick­ets page.

Bank trans­fer details will be emailed to you once your ticket order has been received. Access to the online portal will be emailed to you prior to the start of the festival.

 

To whom do the reduced prices apply?

Reduced prices apply for stu­dents and per­sons of low-income (Bürg­ergeld recip­i­ents, Freiburg-Pass).

 

I have a Full Festival Pass. Where can I pick it up?

Fes­ti­val passes can be picked up in the fes­ti­val office at the Kom­munles Kino. Fes­ti­val office hours: May 27, 1:30 – 7:30pm / May 28 to June 1, 9:30am – 5:30pm

 

I have a Full Festival Pass. How can I make a seat reservation?

With a fes­ti­val pass, you have access to all on-site events and can reserve a seat in advance. Please book a ticket only if you are cer­tain you will attend the spe­cif­ic event.

On each event page you can find a Ticket-Button. Click on an event, the Ticket-Button will lead to our tick­et­ing-system. Pick a seat and click “Kaufen”, in the next step choose price option “Vis­i­tors with Fes­ti­val Pass” for 0 Euro and any pay­ment method (exept Cinecard), accept AGBs and click “Kaufen”. The ticket will be sent via e-mail.

Please bring both your fes­ti­val pass and your seat book­ing with you to the entrance.

 

All tickets for an on-site event are sold out online. Is there still a chance to get a place?

If all tick­ets for an event are sold out online, please try at our box office in the cinema. Often there is a remain­ing ticket contingent.

 

Where can I get access to the live-streams?

The link can be found in the menu on the left. The live-streams will be avail­able free of charge and with­out geo-restric­tions and will be screened via YouTube.
